I sent in my online order then within a minute I realized I left off an item. I sent a message that requested an item be added to avoid a second shipping cost. I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

I have been a customer since Fullerton Air Parts (Flo Irwin). That should speak volumes of the service I have received from Military Fasteners. In the early days, I had a variety of planes and was based out of Orange County Airport. At the time, the airport was surrounded by bean fields. I, and some of my friends, would frequently fly into Fullerton airport for lunch, the pick up whatever supplies we needed from Flo. She was a great lady, and I am glad that she passed on such a wonderful legacy. I am certain that she would be very proud of what she started, and proud of you all for building on her meager beginnings.
